I turn the radio to some oldies(I'm 23 but I Love oldies!) or whatever I'm in the mood for and I dance around the house with my dogs... they love it and it does my body good! I don't even feel like I'm working hard but my heart rate monitor says so and I could do it for hours! its also therapeutic.
This is an oldie but a goodie. I always try to get up and get my workout done in the morning. Not only do I feel great for the rest of the day - I don't generally have anything in my schedule interfering with my 5:30 workout time! :)
