Blueberries fight fat...the fiber in them helps pull fat through the digestive system...they contain antioxidants that speed the burning of fat. They have little impact on blood sugar.
Plain yogurt also discourages fat storage. Try some together!

    I have recently been adding blueberries to my yogurt and also to my cottage cheese and oatmeal. I am surprised at how sweet they are. Thanks for telling me how good they are for me too!
