Today in SparkCoach I had to think of how to add some extra movement in today. While at work I found Coach Nicole stretches at your desk video, which helped with stretches and also for every 20 min. I am sitting, I try to get up and stand or walk back and forth for about 2 min. As sometimes I can't leave the front desk. If there is something I can do standing up, I'll do it.

I've started my spring cleaning today. So I decided, to get in a little extra movement on top of cleaning my butt off, instead of letting the trash bags and recycling pile up and take one big trip to the dumpster, every time, I fill up a bag, I take it down right then. And I live on the second floor too, so lots of extra movement! 198
Instead of being annoyed when I have to bring something upstairs or downstairs in our three-story house, I look at it as an opportunity to get in some extra movement. It helps my waistline and my attitude!
