Eat Full Fat Peanut Butter

This Sparked Me!

Natural peanut butter does not mean without added sugars and hydrogenated oils.....go full fat as sugars and starchy fillers in reduced fat peanut butter are unhealthy and the difference in calories is negligible. Pick one that's packed with protein and has heart healthy monounsaturated fat.

I am trying to talk myself into eating the full fat type.....After years of eating the reduced fat PNB, it's a mind thing.

I love peanut butter. My husband introduced me to Sunbutter which is another great alternative made from sunflower seeds. Very tasty!
