I love sweets of all kinds and crave them often, so instead I eat sweet fruit. Cherries, berries, watermelon and banana are good. I know some people do not eat much fruit when they are cutting back but a banana or a small bowl of cherries is better than four cookies or a piece of cake. emoticon

    Love this idea!! I always slice up a large banana into small pieces and eat them while I am reading before I fall asleep. It is an awesome idea. Thanks and keep up the good work. We can do it!!!!! emoticon

    I like use frozen bananas, a splash of soy milk and blend till smooth. Tastes like banana icecream and it's so nicer on the waistline! :D
