Day 3 and I feel great. Every morning I can hardly wait to login and start my day feeding myself with the motivation I need to keep me focused. Concentrating on 3 Fast Breaks that will help me stop eating mindlessly at night, schedule a daily exercise time, and adopt a motivational action "5 min. pep talk" telling me I can do this. I can plan and track my food daily and I can log in how much exercise I have done even if I only walked 15-30 minutes that is an accomplishment.
Focusing and taking on too much & changing programs mid stream, these have been my weaknesses. Keeping it simple, especially my food preparation, helps me not get overwhelmed. I have joined Spark Coach Team. So I don'tt get overwhelmed with all the info available, I will focus on this team for now
