But I've learned that when I don't get at least 7.5 hours of sleep, life starts to unravel. I'm more easily tempted to skip exercise and eat mindlessly, and it's harder to focus on the very things I thought I was making time for by cutting back on sleep. Part of staying healthy is getting lots of sleep. I try to get a nap each day. Once you can't get enough sleep during the night, make sure you get some sleep during the day. Even if you intended for it to be a nap and it ended up being a sleep. It is better. Getting you sleep renews you mind and you are able to think better. 10243
Night eating is a major temptation for a lot of people. Instead of sitting around & engaging in mindless eating, go to bed early. You can't eat if you're sleeping and a good night's sleep decreases your appetite! 31

If you have problems sleeping, try creating a journal. Write out your worries and fears about what is happening in your life. Allow your thoughts to flow out honestly to better prepare for a good night's rest. For sound sleep, no pillow is as soft as a clean conscience.
