    Congrats ladies on this wonderful idea. I also add some protein powder to any recipe I make. It does not change the flavor, but makes it much healthier. Keep on going ladies and men, we can do this. So far 8 pounds off in 3 weeks. Love this site. emoticon

    I'd been making just coffee protien (meal in a glass) concoctions for hubby. Then I discovered he was adding coffee to it. Same principal. He's happy, I'm happy. Thanks for listening and posting!
