Laughter Tickles Stress Away!

Stress can derail our very best efforts. I have found when stress gets me down, I call one of my friends who always make me laugh. It just "tickles" the stress away with a few good belly laughs. No friend available? Utube is always available!! Search until you find something not that just makes you chuckle, but gets you seriously laughing right out loud! Laughter is one of the best cures for stress I know. emoticon Truly, we need to Laugh Out Loud!

    I tend to lean on this one a lot but it usually involves television. I get really down In the winter and when Iv tried, taking my vitamins, going for a walk, exercise, or writing and I still feel bad, I watch something funny on TV. It's out of hand though. I'm watching way too much coz I haven't got anything else...
