Stress can derail our very best efforts. I have found when stress gets me down, I call one of my friends who always make me laugh. It just "tickles" the stress away with a few good belly laughs. No friend available? Utube is always available!! Search until you find something not that just makes you chuckle, but gets you seriously laughing right out loud! Laughter is one of the best cures for stress I know. Truly, we need to Laugh Out Loud!

When I get a negative thought or feel another person's negative influence I watch You Tube! Animals are great fun! Kittens sneaking up on one another, dogs playing with children and my favorite....babies! Oh the faces they make when they have their first taste of peas or lemon! Babies dancing 30
