The only way I can become a stronger, faster runner is to confront the challenge of running faster and longer than I have run before. Why settle for revisiting the feats that have been mastered or the challenges I know I can accomplish?

I was torn between the 5K Your Way Running & "Rookie" Running trainings. Honestly, the rookie program is more approachable; I've already mastered the content of the first few weeks. The running training starts where I feel challenged. So, I'll confront my challenge, start running, & overcome!
Looking at the scale to decide whether you are having a good day is defeating especially when you are plateauing. Come up with a new goal like doing a Couch to 5K program or try to become the best "Lite Chef" around. Do not get your identity caught up in your weight.
