My Secret To Exercise



Every time I feel stressed or am grieving the loss of my son I take off on a walk or bike ride in the country. There I am surrounded by God's nature and quiet. It is a time to pray and to enjoy the beauty of life. It's a physical walk or ride but it ends up being a spiritual one as well. I'm getting stronger on both counts.

  • I have moments like this as well. Dealing with some tough personal stuff that I am handling well but really can get to me sometimes! When those times happen a guided meditation session or a quick yoga session to one of my DVD's really takes the stress away quickly! Its tough being a grown up sometimes!
