Being Flexible



I know the importance of creating specific, measurable, time-limited goals. However, it is important to reevaluate the goals when they are not working well to give yourself a break when you do not meet them. For example, working full time &working on my masters, I realized that I did not have time to exercise 5 times a week but still made time for 3. Also, when I became busy with a paper and did not exercise, I did not give up but went back to exercising. It is important to be kind to yourself.
