Reducing stress, as we have all been told, keeps us healthy and helps us lose weight. I do one or more of 3 things daily to reduce stress. Pray the Psalms. Meditate. Listen to quiet music and read.
I Pray the Psalms with Sr. Joan Chittister thru her book or on-line. I meditate with Depak Chopra on-line. I close my door, turn off the phone, burn a candle, put on peaceful music, and read a spiritual book. Ah! Peace!
