Making this smoothie every morning keeps me on track. CVS one scoop of vanilla whey protein - 140 calories, 2 tbs of Jello fat free sugar free pudding mix, one cup of fat free milk, 1-1/2 cups of frozen fruit unsweetened, one cup of fat free milk and 1-1/2 cups of water. Makes about 42 ounces of a really filling protein breakfast that you can take in a large container to the office or wherever.
Large container with top and use smoothie straw. Sooo filling.

Power-Packed Superfood Breakfast with 4 Servings of Freggies!
I swear by Green Smoothies to fuel my mornings. A big handful of spinach, 1/2 a frozen banana, 1/3 cup each frozen blueberries and blackberries, and a scoop of protein power blended with almond milk makes a CRAZY good smoothie with about 4 servings of fruits and veggies. I drink one every day, and it's enough to fuel half marathon training AND my hectic mornings teaching middle school. Once you start drinking these for breakfast, you'll never want anything else!
If you're really feeling like a hippie, add in 1-2 tbsp. of chia seeds and a serving of silken tofu.
If you are like me and don't eat breakfast, a protein smoothie can be very helpful.
I combine 1 c. milk, 2 yogurt, 3/4 frozen berries, 3 ice cubes, protein powder and flax seed. Combined, my smoothie gives me 600 calories and 56 grams of protein. Smoothies can be adjusted for your calorie needs.
