When I put any food in my mouth I imagine how it affects my body. If I get a negative image in my mind I won't eat it. For example, I get the best images from eating kale and spinach, as I imagine them clearing "gunk" out of my body as they pass through. I imagine ice cream (my weakness) making my blood sweeter and elevating my glucose levels, so that helps me avoid it. It works for me!!!!

Don't buy foods that are going to tempt you to break your diet, if your family wants thoughs items let them get it outside of the house. If they love you and care about your health and future than it should be as easy as diet no calorie or fat pie.
