I like to make small, positive changes to change my eating habits. I've become rather stagnant in making new changes; the last one was a year ago. I substituted home-made lattes" for diet cokes. (3 Tbsp. powdered milk to instant coffee w/sweetener. Now I want to add an apple, so under "My Trackers," there is a "Track Other Goals Category" whereby I can create my own category; "Eat an Apple Every Day." I can earn Spark Points for it also! Great incentive. This will work for me!
