So I saw this a while back and it made perfect sense (not to mention it helped me fight cravings!). Basically, you keep on eating healthy. Every time you get a craving, write it down. Then one day per week you get to choose ONE of the things that you craved. Usually what happens is that by the time your off day rolls around, the craving is gone. Yet, if there is something I just MUST have for whatever reason I know I will get to have it at some point which kills the deprivation aspect of eating healthy.

    I will try this , I notice for two weeks I keep envisioning having Red Robin Onion Rings
But today I thought what I don't want onion rings I am hungry so I pulled over to farm market and purchased gorgeous fuji apples and 1 butternut squash
I ate an apple and it was like a candy glad I did the fruit emoticon

    emoticon I have to look in the mirror and give myself a good talking to. Like together emoticon emoticon . I may not always like what I see, emoticon but if I look enough, things and image will start to change. emoticon Also have taken picture of that person looking back at me. UGH!!!!

    I also really like this idea, it sounds like it would help me from just eating junk. Writing is the answer for a lot of things for me. emoticon

    I really like this idea - so thank you! I am going to try it. I am just new and am going to try journaling every day so if I write down my cravings it could be quite powerful.
