My life has a lot of baseline stress, and the past few years have seen a lot more stresses piled on top of that. My solution has been to "prescribe" myself 10 minutes a day resting with my feet up. Even just a few minutes helps lower my stress levels.

  • emoticon Not sleeping well at night makes my days more difficult at times. I take 10 to 15 min naps. I can fall asleep on the sofa for 10 minutes and feel refreshed afterward. - by FORTYPLUS56
