If you feel hungry and you know it is not real hunger, drink a lot of water and put on your favorite music and dance as much as you can. It will take your mind off whatever emotion is prompting you to eat. Works for me every time.

I play lots of music when I'm home. The ones that make me get up and dance. Dvd concerts are great because you can dance with the audience members. The housework gets done faster so more calories burnt. I seem to move a lot more which is great cause excercise is not my favourite word. But dancing is just lots of fun.18530
Another member mentioned putting exercise before housework. Why not turn housework into exercise. Lots of opportunity for bending, stretching and a vigorous cardio workout. I usually do housework to fast music and dance through it.
