One of the best things I've learned is to plan the food you will eat that day. It's a psychological thing - - you plan it, write it down, and you feel as if you should follow it. If you slip, that's ok. I bet you won't slip as much as if you didn't write it down. Give it a try!

When you stray from your goals the easiest way to get back on track is by planning. Plan to Succeed! Plan your food for the day Plan time to exercise.. Even if you only have 10 minutes Plan to surround yourself with supportive people Giving yourself positive feedback should be part of your plan This is a journey and you will have success if you follow your plan. Cheers!
The best way to lose weight and stay on track is to plan as much as possible! Plan your food, plan your exercise, plan your rest days... its fine to adjust the plan as needed, but having it on paper helps you to stick with it!
I plan my meals at least a week in advance to make sure I have the right nutrition. I grocery shop, get all my supplies in advance, and do prep work. I also plan out all my exercise for the week. If its on my schedule, it's harder to skip. I can always adjust later if needed, but planning works!
