Today I avoided a bad food choice by just putting it off for 5 minutes. I enjoyed the white truffle ghost so much that just a little ice cream today did not seem right.
When I splurge, I will really enjoy it. A little ice cream would have left me wanting more. Instead, I came home and made a vegetable soup. When itís splurge time, I will have something really tasty!
Todayís enjoyment comes from enjoying the fall foliage.

    Sweet cravings? Try a crisp delicious tasting apple; a little unflavored yogurt on the side. Sprinkle with cinnamon! Take care of that sweet tooth a healthy way!
