When I am in a stressful situation, I stop what I am doing. Then I take several deep breaths. After that I Think of positive ways to deal with the problem. Then I choose one of those ways and change the problem to an action of success.
I find that by doing this I do not worry as much and can then get on with other matters. I feel better and so do others around me.

How do you deal with stress? Especially if you have lots of it? To avoid eye strain, you rest your eyes when they are busy. In the same way, when going about a busy day, I don't wait until I get stressed out to rest. I take a break at intervals.
