To me, this may be the most key thing in life and in weight loss. You have a bump in the road: Forgive yourself and move on! Someone has called you a hurtful weight related name in the past: Forgive and move on! You will be stuck in a rut if you don't forgive yourself and others. Remember what Jesus has done for us. Ephesians 4:32 - And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

We forgive those around us all the time..sometimes for some pretty awful stuff. How come we can't forgive ourselves for that candy bar we ate? why does it send us over the edge and we give up on our promise to get healthy? Forgive yourself brsuh yourself off and let it go...it will take practice but once you learn to forgive yourself the candy bar loses it's power to derail everything and you will stay on track easier and when you fall off getting back on is no sweat.
