Stop Snacking In The Evening



I had gotten into a bad habit of snacking a lot in the evening while watching TV. I am using a tip from SparkPeople to stop. After dinner, I must stop at 9 PM and brush my teeth. I am not allowing myself anything else but water after that time. I find I am happy with a chosen snack or 2 but "close" the kitchen by 9! I don't want to have to brush again before bedtime. emoticon It seems to be working.
