How I Stretch When I'M At The Office

I go to a suspension class early in the morning twice a week and a lot of times I find myself needing to stretch. So while at my desk I cross my leg over and push my knee down talk about a great IT Band stretch! Or I sit Indian style in my chair behind my desk! NO ONE can see my legs so I take advantage of that! emoticon
