I go to a suspension class early in the morning twice a week and a lot of times I find myself needing to stretch. So while at my desk I cross my leg over and push my knee down talk about a great IT Band stretch! Or I sit Indian style in my chair behind my desk! NO ONE can see my legs so I take advantage of that!

I've been trying to find creative ways of fitting more exercise into my schedule. When I'm standing around, e.g. waiting for documents at the office printer, I use the time for a 7-second stretch. Neck stretch, shoulder rolls, etc. Nothing that my co-workers would stare at. Every bit helps!30
