This Sparked Me!

When I spend time on the computer - reading my email, doing my online banking, or checking in with SparkPeople - I always sit on my stability ball rather than use a desk chair. As I'm working, I'm usually bouncing a little or shifting from side to side or front to back, all the time working my core. This is an excellent way to sneak in exercise and make online time more productive. And....I feel a little less guilty about spending time on the computer! emoticon
