Use Those Over Ripe Bananas!

I personally hate to eat over ripe bananas. I either freeze them (without the peel) and I can use them in a smoothie! Or use them to make banana bread!

More Information:

I freeze the bananas in a zip lock bag.

    I totally agree with everyone. I freeze bananas all the time and make awesome smoothies with 1 banana, 1 cup milk, and 1 cup blueberries. This is a perfect drink within 30minutes after exercise which is the only time I would want to spike my blood sugar level for muscle growth. It is scientifically proven that sugar will prep your body for the fastest muscle growth possible. I think timing and moderation should be considered, but I fully support and love bananas. - by DENNISHH

    Overripe bananas are just loads of sugar...The longer your bananas sit around, the more likely they will be to give you a headache and the sugar increases in the banana. To prevent this, consume them while they are still slightly green.
