When I get really stressed, I make and drink a hot cup of tea. The best part is that I add honey and lemon juice if I want! I associate green tea with relaxation now because I am an emotional eater. Now, instead of bingeing when I get stressed I can indulge in one of my favorite drinks! With WAY less calories!

    Green tea is natural sulfa, and I found out that I am allergic to it. I swell, and bleed. It's not just my mouth, it's ears & my personal parts too.
This tea isn't relaxing, it's a caffeine tea. The thing that makes it relaxing is the honey in it. And the fact that it is warm. I like oolong, it has the same relaxing effect, and isn't caffeine or bitter. So I don't need any honey. What ever works for you, go for it.
