I was really stuck on stupid drinking pepsi and mtn dew all the time, when I started drinking water I started to not want anything other then water and that helped me with my weight loss....

    I have found that when I drink only water, I recognize that I am "thirsty." When I drink a soda, I just love how they taste, not necessarily for the thirst part, so I feel that I have to keep that in mind when I am craving a Dr. Pepper.

    Its true, I've quit sodas about 4-5 years ago and drink water. Once you start drinking water all the time, you end up really needing it. I love water, never get tired of it! :-)
