So you're in the middle of this excercise video, and you're out of breath, you really can't breathe, and you want to stop- WELL don't stop! What you can do? Pause the video! And Lower yourself to the floor doggie, table, or plank style, ( arms straight, knees bent).
Just try to inhale and exhale slowly, suck in your abs and inhale through your nose as deeply as possible, then let it all out through your mouth. It always helps me when I close my eyes for just a few seconds and try to take it all in and then release it.
