My best days staying on plan start with a good breakfast. Since I've always eaten breakfast that wasn't the challenge. Using the DASH diet meant leaving big bowls of cereal or 2 english muffin behind. I' emoticon ve finally found a couple of alternative meals I really enjoy: 1 cup strawberries, .5c yogurt + 1 serving almonds, large apple + 1 serv simply Jif, arnold sandwich thin, lite deli ham + tomato slices. Also add my vitamin, some metamucil for fiber and 16 - 24 oz water emoticon

MORE INFORMATION:
Any one of these meals will get me started on the day and keep me from feeling hungry until late morning, that is especially helpful when I'm at work!
