There are two feelings that I have loved for many years:
1. The feeling of sweets in my mouth, and that satiated full feeling after a tasty meal.
2. the peaceful feeling that I have after a good run, or when I am on top of a beautiful mountain.
I have taught myself to pass up #1 whenever possible. I save that satiated feeling for special times with friends and family. Even then, I hold myself in check. I know that overeating is a weakness of mine.
