There are two feelings that I have loved for many years: 1. The feeling of sweets in my mouth, and that satiated full feeling after a tasty meal. 2. the peaceful feeling that I have after a good run, or when I am on top of a beautiful mountain. I have taught myself to pass up #1 whenever possible. I save that satiated feeling for special times with friends and family. Even then, I hold myself in check. I know that overeating is a weakness of mine.

This may sound funny but we are so quick to put ourselves down because of our weight. Take that away and I am sure you will find that fab person. Good friend, parent, spouse. I am easy going true friend devoted parent, devoted spouse, daughter, but all I saw was fat, lazy, not worthy.
