We can feel we've 'lost motivation' when the real issue is that we don't like what we are doing to reach a goal.
Sometimes we try for challenges too ambitious.
Sometimes we outgrow our methods & goals.
The motive is ok; but the method needs tweaking! So:
Assess goals and methods on occasion.
Changing what we are doing can spark our fire!
Motivation stagnates when we don't keep methods interesting and challenging to our current level....

Keep what you DO to reach goals as interesting to you in the "NOW" of your plan! How often should we revitalize the journey? Every time we feel we are doing things automaticaly or realize/believe we are 'not getting anywhere'

    Shaking things up with a different workout and making monthly or weekly goals versus one overwhelming final goal is very helpful!! Thanks for this inspiring message!

    lol My motivation is all there and I do reach my goals but it's pushing myself beyond that is where I begin to waver. emoticon
