My secret to success is in my routine.
Every morning, I get up, spend 20-3- minutes doing simple yoga and drink my pot of tea. Then I make a small healthy breakfast and my daily smoothie.
I have 10 minutes to write something for SparkPeople, then I get ready for work.
It works for me, and keeps me in line with my life goals.

More Information:

Later in the day, I get in an hour walk. Keep the routine going, and you get in far more exercise than you will with no routine.
