Just had my surgery(gadtric bypass) this past Tuesday at Stanford in California with Dr.Rivas, the team at the hospital stay was awesome, I jjust registered here because I am in need of support eventhough my hubby and family support me is not the same when you speak to people that have being on my same situation, any comments and words are welcome..thanks.

When you fall off track, don't let it keep you down. Count your NSVs (nonscale victories) and get back up again, even if you have to take baby steps at first. NSVs can be anything that you can do now and couldn't do before, noticing a change in yourself (like drinking more water naturally, not because you know you should), etc. If you are a newby to Spark, just joining Spark can be your first NSV!
