This Sparked Me!

No more January focus on "I can't....." (fill in the deprivation).

Today I will focus on what I CAN do good for myself, hoping to make every day a success by adding something I can "have" not focus on what I can't (eat, or do).Today I plan to eat 2 Fruits instead of one or none and take two 5 minute walks in the house, it's icy and I don't have a treadmill. My plan, keep it simple and successful! Be kind to others...and to myself! If I journal my success, maybe I will smile myself to sleep!
