I put post its throughout my house and change them weekly.
On my bathrooom mirror, "What are you going to do today to meet this week's goal?"
On the kitchen counter "12 pounds down, 14 more to go. You can do it",
On my night stand, "Great job today! Adequate sleep helps with weight loss"
On the wall right next to the door when I leave the house, "Remember, feel free to park further away to get those few extra steps in"
I change these weekly. I focus on what I slacked on last week to make a better habit out of it. Reading them daily reinforces why I am doing this and I don't want to let myself down!
