I will earn success by eliminating one food a week, and alternating between the foods I eliminate.
This week I eliminated cheese.
What I mean is, eliminating one food source gives you a challenge, you must make due without that food.
For me, it's scrambled eggs without cheese, and winter salad without cheese but with winter veggies!
Or try eliminating toppings like shredded cheese, or melted cheese, or even dressings like ranch. USE herbs instead!
I'm not sorry that I eliminated cheese, because I don't eat bread either (at all) so I can't make grilled cheese.
It kind of teaches you to not rely so much on that food.
This works best with toppings.
Try it. For a whole week, eliminate one food, and then chose something else next week.
