Do you feel overwhelmed by the challenges ahead for getting fit and healthy? The secret is to start with the tiniest improvement and then slowly, steadily add to it, never moving backwards. For example, the first day do just one sit up. Day two add another. Every day add one, never subtract! - and soon you'll be doing a full routine. Same with food: Day one: Eat half a bagel, instead of a full bagel. The next day, eat a quarter bagel, day three, no bagel. Slow and steady wins the race! emoticon

MORE INFORMATION:
As long as you progress at a slow, steady pace and never move backwards, you'll shock yourself when you realize you've dropped your old habits and made new, healthier habits. You CAN do it! Best of luck with your program! emoticon
