    I'm now 57 and finally logging my food and exercise. I find it really does help. The problem I have is when I go off I don't log anything. But I have been able to get back on the program within a day or two. emoticon

    Honestly...I don't like spending the extra time Sparking in...but every time I think I can handle it on my own, I gain weight like nobody's business. I have to really work at being accountable for my actions.
