Healthier Than Breath Mints...

Instead of using gum and breath mints...that have additives and various forms of sugar try whole cloves or a tiny piece of cinnamon bark for fresh breath. (no need to chew or swallow).
Added benefit: Save money!

    Thanks, you reminded me of what I do when I'm fasting. Since I can't have the mints or gum I use cloves. Good one :)
