Scrapbookers~ 3 in 1 tip for Organization of BIG Themes!
First of all~ a BIG theme to me is Wedding,Baby Boy,Baby Girl,Christmas. To organize all the myriad of scrapbooking stuff for each BIG theme, I have to divide each theme into 3 categories and then EACH CATEGORY OF THAT THEME gets an IRIS box[ those see-through thick containers that store materials for scrapbooking HORIZONTALLY]. ...to look for something specific for a BIG theme,it doesn't take me as long as I really can ORGANIZE all that stuff! It has particularly helped with doing Wedding pages as I LOVE to embellish! Note: I also recommend investing in those stacker carts that you can buy to hold the IRIS boxes!
I love Sobe's Zero Calorie Life Water products. They keep me feeling full -- especially the flavors with Citrimax. And I like that they are sweetened with Pure Via (stevia). Cherimoya Punch and the Strawberry Dragonfruit are probably my favorites. They are a very tasty way to calm 3:00 or evening munchies!

I usually eat breakfast and lunch at my desk, which makes portion control a bit challenging. I invested in one of the Fit'n'Fresh kits from the Spark Store and keep a small portable scale from the set in my desk drawer, along with an inexpensive set of dry and wet measuring cups.
