  • When I started, I would go down thru the list of spark points each one has a link over on the right to lead you to achieve those points. Also If you read a message board thread or blog you can opt to subscribe and you will get emailed whenever a new comment or blog is posted. - by POCKETFULOFSUN
  • Just start. Track something. Join a team with shared interests. Join a challenge or two. Post to a game or message board. You don't have to try everything at once. Read some articles, post a bit, you'll get more comfortable. Happy Sparking! emoticon - by WALKZWDOGZ
  • I love using SparkPeople. I bought the Spark Activity Yracker and it keeps me motivated to move more. Just keep at it and you will get it. It really took me several weeks of spending a fair amount of time at it, but now I think I have most of it going pretty good. I am also a member of several teams (you can chose teams on your start page at the bottom). Good luck! emoticon - by EHAROTH
  • I've been Sparking for a couple years and just recently starting participating more. Join a team & you'll instantly make new friends. I play a lot of the team games too (especially on the 50+ members with 50+ lbs. to lose).
