To motivate you to go to the gym, i find that if i pack my bag the night before and leave it right at the front door, so i basically have to fall over it in the morning to get out of the house and then put it in the front seat of the car. I wont forget and i will feel guilty if i dont go to the gym. And think to myself well its packed and its here so i might as well head up to the gym. Thats what helps me to go.
This is probably a -I do-that-too ! or I- already -knew- that tip for parents of little ones~~ I pack a bag to KEEP IN the CAR ~~one for diapers/training pants,extra set of clothes ,jacket ,wipes for going EVERYWHERE about town . And in the summer months, another bag of beach/sand toys .sunblock for ME & my little one ,sunglasses,flip-flops,swimsuits and towels.These help IMMENSELY on getting us OUT the door on time to activities with our local moms club!
