When I am totally exhausted when exercising on the treadmill I have a trick to push through it. I usually have a towel over the clock, but when exhaustion kicks in I remove the towel and begin counting backwards with the clock for each 30 seconds I have left. It helps so much with passing each minute by faster and keeps my attention on counting rather then being tired!
I count my day backwards...I plan what I would like to have for dinner, enter it in my tracker, and I know how many calories I have for the rest of the day. This way, most of the time, I can have a great dinner instead of using dinner to "make up" for lunch.
