When I go to certain hotels with my husband sometimes they do not have gyms (our fav. in LV is Sam's Town) they have a pool. We always stay on the 9th floor, their highest. I get permission to use the stair wells for exercise. I walk around the top floor which is a large circle that overlooks down onto the indoor waterfall and food courts, it is close in size to a reg. school track size. I walk around 4 times, then the staircase up & down 2 twice. I do this set 4 times total.
Also in the morning I get up early and walk around the neighborhood for about an hour. Last time I was in LV I ate like a horse and lost 10 lbs. They also have a bowling alley here and I try to bowl at least once when we stay

Don't take a vacation from exercise when you go on vacation. If your hotel has a gym, put in 30 minutes at least. If no gym, take a long walk, jog in place, move yourbody. Wouldn't it be great to come home vacation and not have a weight gain?
I travel every week for business, and use this a a big excuse not to get my exercise in--even when the hotel has a gym. Now what I do is play dance music on my laptop and dance. I can get 30 minutes in, have fun, and have no excuses.
