Oh those nagging, messy cabinets that have mis-matched plastic ware (maybe never used jars, too) piled high because they are assorted sizes.
Throw out/recycle all the ones that are not PBA free. Toss the ones without lids or bottoms for that matter. If possible, replace them with PBA free or glass storage conttainers that nest and have interchangeable lids.
Mason jars also make excellent storage containers.

I live in a one bedroom apartment with my son. I also do a lot of sewing projects. His bedroom is the storage room. I have my sewing supplies organized by category in plastic bins. Completed projects are placed in separate bins ready for sale.
Scrapbookers~ 3 in 1 tip for Organization of BIG Themes!
First of all~ a BIG theme to me is Wedding,Baby Boy,Baby Girl,Christmas. To organize all the myriad of scrapbooking stuff for each BIG theme, I have to divide each theme into 3 categories and then EACH CATEGORY OF THAT THEME gets an IRIS box[ those see-through thick containers that store materials for scrapbooking HORIZONTALLY]. For example,Wedding has a box for PAPER, a second box for EMBELLISHMENTS [flat & 3-D grouped together] and a third box for RUB-ONS/STICKERS. This way when I go to ...
...to look for something specific for a BIG theme,it doesn't take me as long as I really can ORGANIZE all that stuff! It has particularly helped with doing Wedding pages as I LOVE to embellish! Note: I also recommend investing in those stacker carts that you can buy to hold the IRIS boxes!
I saw on TV a family that organizes their coupons in a notebook binder with plastic sleeves that have individual slots for different kinds of coupons. This way the coupons are visible and you can organize and find them easily.
