Stress It Out

This Sparked Me!

Since my husband became ill, I have channeled all my energy into taking care of him. He is not making as much progress because he won't get up and move. I recently had a heart attack and he has to fix his own food now and do more for himself. It was hard at first, but everyday it gets easier. emoticon I let him do it.

It is helping me relax a bit more seeing him take some responsibility for his health. emoticon

My husband has a debilitating terminal disease, literally for the last 25 years, but he is getting worse lately. He still does all he can! He makes simple meals, I can eat what I need! I still need to do some of his cares, again he does what he can, secretly I am doing this for him to. I need to be healthy to keep him home and be able to keep up the house and his cares! Love is a great motivator emoticon !

Several years ago my husband had a stroke and it's been very hard to get him moving too. Last month I found out I have type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. That was enough to get him moving as well as me! emoticon
