I started my weight lost by reading a good doctors book on food and what it does to your body I now have the least amount of sugar I can possible have during a day. first two months I lost 12 pounds.

    At 40, I'm finally realizing that it's time to stop being so carefree with my food choices. One thing I am really struggling with is my coffee with 3 teaspoons of sugar each morning. I don't like any of the substitutes including stevia. I don't want to stop drinking my coffee.....oh did I mention my 3 tablespoons of flavored creamer? :-/
