Reading Or Watching The News When Exercising




When I think about skipping my gym workout on the way home from work (thinking "I'm too tired"), I convince myself to go anyway by telling myself I will just "read my kindle" or watch the news at the gym, and workout on the treadmill or stair stepper. If I have these distractions, the time goes by quicker, and I often end up staying a little longer, just to finish the chapter or the show.
